Island Trees Veterinary Hospital is AMAZING!!! Prior to choosing this Vet, my wife and I spoke with 3 other vets in the area. Island Trees Vet was hands down the best.
The staff and doctors are all so friendly and helpful. Any time I have a question, I never hesitate to give them a call. Tracy is awesome. She always takes the time to answer my questions, and ease any of my concerns.
We have had nothing but positive experiences with Island Trees. If you are searching for a new Veterinarian, I would highly recommend Island Trees Vet Hospital.
Dr. Caren, Tracy and the entire staff are always professional and compassionate. We have been using Island Trees Veterinary for 40 years with all of our animals which are family to us.They treat them with such care. Dr. Caren and Tracy always take the time to listen, talk and answer any questions that we have. Such hardworking people and staff that put the needs of the animals first!!

I’ve been fortunate to have Dr. Caren as my and my family’s vet for as long as I can remember. He and his staff are truly the best and you’ll leave every appointment feeling educated and that your pet is getting the treatment that they need from a staff who truly cares about their wellbeing. Tracy, the main “face” of Island Trees, will always go out of her way to move things around if your pet is in distress or in need of immediate attention. I always know I’m in great hands when Tracy is involved because I know she’s on my team and cares about helping my pups get the quick care that they need. If you’re looking for a new vet, give Tracy a call and try to get on Dr. Caren’s schedule. It’s the best thing you can do for your fur babies!
Island Trees does not simply offer amazing service and care; they also accommodate pet parents from different walks of life equally. The attention with which they provided my 10-month-old Morkie — who was neutered, chipped, and had dental — was above-and-beyond. They are so reliable, capable, proficient, and kind that even a phone call is met with astonishing care and help. I can’t say enough good things. His neuter, chip, and teeth are perfect. Island Trees is amazing!

Dr. Caren saved our four year old cat’s life after she had swallowed a large piece of cord. He also reduced his fee and worked with us so we could afford the surgery. We are so thankful to this kind and compassionate vet. He put his love of animals before monetary gain. I would never take my pets anywhere else. Island Trees Veterinary Hospital is the absolute best choice for pets and the people who love them!

my first fur baby there over 25 years ago and
have been with them since. Dr. Gottlieb and Dr.
Caren are excellent! They are experienced,
professional and knowledgeable. Tracy, Chan,
Sue and the other receptionists have always
been pleasant and friendly during my
interactions with them. The vet techs are so
caring and compassionate. I recently brought
my 12-month and 6-month-old cocker spaniel
puppies there to be neutered and spayed. They
took such good care of them. Both surgeries
went well and the entire process was smooth. If
you are looking for experienced veterinarians
who are knowledgeable and caring, give them a
try!

Called Island Trees Veterinary to inquire about services rendered as I’m in the process of getting a puppy. I have called several offices and Island Trees Veterinary is by far my number one choice. Ms. Chan was very pleasant and patient addressing all of my questions and concerns. I was very impressed of how my call was handled. Hands down will be there soon with our new puppy!
When my dogs nail was cut to the quick and panicking I called my nearest animal hospital, the phone was answered by someone named Chan after calming me down she situated us with an appointment same day and my baby was seen. We will most definitely be back.
