Plainview Pet Wellness and Immunizations

We offer immunization / vaccination programs for your special pet. Up-to-date pet vaccinations play a large part in keeping your pet healthy and free from disease. However, not every pet requires the same series or frequency of vaccines. Our veterinarians tailor a vaccine protocol that is specific to your pet based on his or her lifestyle and recommendations from the American Animal Hospital Association. Vaccine schedules are balanced to provide needed protection while not over-vaccinating your pet. Please contact us for more information about Plainview pet vaccinations.

Before administering any vaccines to your beloved pet, our veterinarians perform a complete examination of your pet. Regular pet wellness exams are extremely important as they establish an overall picture of your pet's health. Our Hicksville veterinarians - Dr. Jay Gottlieb, Dr. Gil Caren and Dr. Brad Gottlieb - and our animal care assistants from Island Trees Veterinary Hospital believe in preventive medicine and client education. We strive to make sure our clients have all the information they need to keep their pets healthy and happy.

Pet Boarding Services and More

We also extend our unparalleled pet boarding services to Plainview area pets. For those dogs that need even a little more room, we have 12 large runs, which are also available to smaller dogs that like to have a bit more room to relax in. Our highly trained kennel staff is stationed with our guests at all times and our medical staff checks in with the pets periodically throughout the day. For those animals with special medical needs, we will make sure they receive their medicine at the right time and the right dose.
